Now that notations are spread out to all those involved the system of having a "bounty" notation on particular smobs or even regular mobs could be quite interesting. Even the bandit notations could be turned in for coin instead of cp especially for those not in clans that give cp for bandi...

If anything, the notations per cp could be adjusted per each clan to give them incentive still for gathering such notations. A Companion, even though they *rarely*, come across shadowspawn would be able to turn in 30 or 40 notations for a cp. Whereas they would get a cp per every 15 or 20 criminal. ...

I'd focus on the clans that are actually somewhat structured and have zones that support them. Aside from that I think if you were to take shadowspawn turn ins from some clans then the criminal turn ins need to be tweaked in some aspect at least for those clans without. As far as balance goes.. could you maybe explain further, Sylibus? Because as far as I know, unless you have a talent or bonus that's available to only certain ranks of certain clans, everyone regens at the same rate - not considering things like rooms, terrain, or items (blankets). Utilize blankets and pillows. I find it doesn't take that long to regen health even from such a low amount using them. I think it's somewhere around 3 hp each time the thing tics which is HUGE. If you don't want to use these tools at your disposal then that's up to your own discretion I suppose. :P ...
