Watersharers and Aiel

As the Aiel are friends with the Cairhienan still in our timeline. I have added an exit from the newbie/death area that will take any aiel level 30 or higher to Cairhien directly.
Works the same way as the rest of the locations available.

This should help our experienced, wandering aiel not have to worry about running from the Hold if they die while out and about.
