* Counter no longer triggers instantly on 'normally'.
* Reduced the MC power pool slightly.
* Increased the FC power pool slightly.
* Improved single target weave cost effiency.
* Adjusted the power cost of area weaves up slightly.
* Adjusted the max power cost of high end area weaves downwards slightly.
* Fixed Vanish to obscure ability to channel in 'look' too.
Active upon next reboot.

* Bladeforming and weaving are not possible to do at the same time now.
* Bladeform passive ability of buffing has been tweaked a little.

* Waypoint amount is no longer calculated by wis.
* Regen flag actually does what one would expect it to do.
* Bladeforming mobs no longer try to execute bladeforms if the opponent has higher circle than they do themselves. Fades, on the other hand, don't care about this.
* Opponent numbers in determining lost defense is a bit higher.
* Charisma removed from affecting regeneration of one power.
* OP regeneration upped due to charisma removal.
* High level mobs have slightly higher defensives.
* Not all slots provide defensive bonuses now.

* Range adjustment to spears, polearms, axes, clubs, short blades.
- Spears have gone further one step.
- Polearms have their original intended range.
- Axes moved from barehands range to their original range.
- Clubs moved from barehands range to their original range.
- Short blades moved one step away from barehands.

- Accounts now allow you to switch between characters after 5 minutes, unless switching to a race at war with one you've played recently, in which case it's still a 15 minute delay.
- Also when creating a new character you'll be told if your char name is too long or too short, the conditions needed to create a fade, and other helpful messages.

- Weight has more impact on losing defenses once more.
- The way meditation works has been altered. It should work more consistently now even at 70%.
- Riding a horse now lowers your defenses like it was intended.

- Brew no longer fails based on random chance. Instead, if you have the right ingredients for a combination, and you have the skill at appropriate level, you will succeed in brewing what you were brewing.

- Background change to script system lookup - we shouldn't crash from it anymore. It was rare that we crashed, now it should be never.

- Toggle command has been added back in. It will display your current general
settings.
- Cosmetic fix to reboot message, if an imm sets a reboot for less than 20
minutes, it will actually tell you the right time for the reboot now.
