Night Hawk Tavern (though all the area quest mobs call it Black Hawk Tavern)

Lughi the tavern keeper says, 'Yeah, that old merchant forgot his order again. Told me he had company coming.'

He is supposed to respond to a simple yes, the old woman who tells you about the jobs asks you to respond the same way and she does respond when you say yes, and I have started this particular quest before and he did respond to a simple yes.

Also, the merchant that these quests point you to is behind a locked door. There is a bell outside the door that when you sound the bell, someone behind the door simply yells to go away. However, the merchant is there and does let you complete the quest if you are able to get in (I was able to once thanks to Keruk). Someone please look at either permanently unlocking the door, or creating a way to get in via the bell. Thanks.
