Background: Arinelle Maranth was born the middle child of five. Her siblings are two sisters, both younger and two brothers both older. She was born to Baral and Rakalo of House Maranth of the capital of Kandor, chachin. Actually born on a trip to the southlands, Arinelle was born upon the River Arinelle and so her parents gave her the name. She grew up within the halls of the Aesdaishar Palace, gracing the mountains within the city. At the age of 14, the Advisor to the throne of Kandor took her aside and said she had the spark and would channel soon, and so began her training and the journey to Tar Valon.
