Combat Colors

Everyone now has the ability to change the color of combat lines, if they so desire. Use 'change color' to view the list of possibilities and then 'change color xxx' to change them.

misses (you've missed)
opponent_hits (person you're fighting landed)
opponent_misses (person you're fighting missed)
others_hits (other people/mobs)
others_misses (same as above)
