Clan equipment(armor) weight standardization

Today, I went through all the active clans and their armor and made them all follow a baseline which as following:

gorget   - 0.65
pauldron - 1.56
rerebrace- 2.34
vambrace - 5.28
gauntlets- 1.95
wristguar- 0.39
torso    - 15.60
legs     - 3.77
feet     - 2.34
TOTAL    - 35,83
This means each clan that has armor option for the clan, their equipment is going to be weighing this much. This includes T1, T2 and T3 armor, so if you're higher ranked, you're not punished anymore for your armor weighing more.

While I was at it, I changed the 'weirdly statted clan armors' to be less 'weirdly statted clan armors'. What this means is, there are no 45% abs sleeves for example in certain clans that weigh 0.5lbs. This includes clans such as fades and wolfkin as well. In compensation, some of these armors got their parry or dodge slightly adjusted upwards to compensate for the loss of abs (and gain of weight).

While I was at it, I altered the weight of the reinforced burnished, reinforced blackened, glistening, silver plated and unblemished sets as well. Now they should be a bit more lighter in general (except a few pieces which gained weight).
