Seventh of Twelfth, Year 2010 - Niila
- Bash no longer relies on kick for accuracy.
- Bash sets you to resting position. As people think it does. This
lasts until the next attack in round order. Or standing up. Whichever
happens first, bashed victim will be in standing position (no change).
- Bash takes slightly longer to perform now..
*Note: Being bashed lowers your defensive ability. So be wary if you
get bashed.. or miss a bash..
- If a target is already sitting or resting positioned, bash does not
execute. .
- Wearing a lot of items and carrying a lot of weight no longer should
make you the king of bashes.

- A fix to combat damage messages. What does it mean?
-> Your damage messages now display the damage more appropriately.
This means, your damage hasn't lowered, just the messages are
showing the damage as it should be more accurately.
This means.. oblirate now means a lot of damage, massacre slightly
less, and so on.

- Multi-opponent buff change. Now mobs might hit you. On a occasion.
- You should be able to hit mobs now more easily.
2010 November 21 - Niila
- Fixed a bug in combat that possible existed, making dodgers be hit
more often in combat than they should be.
- Mobs no longer double-attack in combat if they have been marked
to remember the agressor.
- Mobs shouldn't pull 'new weapons' in combat anymore if they're
already wielding one.
- Mobs shouldn't randomly sheathe weapons while in combat.
- You attack once a round even on full defensive now. Notice that the
amount of damage dealt while defensive is not very high.
- Mobs 'should' now face off groups when they attack, instead of just
the last person who entered in group fights.
- Fixed mobs assisting against their master.
Mail Niila in case of any anomalities with these changes.
2010 November 15 - Niila
- Disliked factions now update properly accordance to new system.
- Backstab takes longer to perform.
- If you're extremely aware person, and someone tries to backstab you, you
might notice it before the actual incident occurs.
- Kill commands no longer lag you so much if target isn't in room.
Applies to kick, backstab and stab, hit and kill commands.
- Missing a backstab will make you lag (more than it was).
- Landing a backstab will make you lag (less than it was).
- Fleeing from combat will make you experience a momentary lag. Autowimpy too.
- Hide takes a bit longer to do. To compensate, you can now use some commands
while hiding. The list of which commands work in hide can be found on forum.
2010 November 14 - Niila
- Combat fix so that no one will be unhittable 100% of the time.
- Mobs will no longer shout 'Hey!! You're the.." if they're already in combat.
- No longer will mobs double attack in combat. Or attack off round.
- Bladeforms don't give as much advantage in defensive way.
- No longer will mobs double attack in combat. Or attack off round.
- Bladeforms don't give as much advantage in defensive way.
- All bladeform paths give more bonuses than they did before.
Except Mo'kai'la.
- Your defense doesn't decrease as dramatically as before if you have
more than one opponent on you.
- Channeling on quickly will now backfire, even with lower end weaves.
- Weaves failing or backfiring no longer cost absurdly high amount of SP.
- Armour doesn't make you fall as often. In fact, by having mastery armor,
expect to never fall if walking. Running (spamming) may still make you fall
on a occasion, but not as often as it was before.
- Backstab deals slightly more damage and should land slightly more often.
- 'Shadow-touched' wetlanders can now actually not be attacked by shadowspawn.
(While this change is in, mobs will still attack you until they're converted
to this new system too.)
- It's more easier to get 'on the wrong side of the law'.
- Awareness can be learned without having meditation.

- After some discussion on and off the last few months we have removed Sleep
from the Channeler training. If you currently have it, most lost it because
of dependancy changes, please let a friendly Immortal know so we can remove.
2010 Feb 14 - Maxim
- Lights have more meanings now. Be aware that your character's race makes a
great difference regarding what you can see and how much detail you will
see. And no, Trollocs don't see in pitch black, they're not fades.
- Corpses have a better chance of staying over reboots now.
- NPCs will only loot between 1 and 5 items (randomly chosen) from fallen
PCs. Of course this applies only if you leave a corpse behind with eq,
so newbies (under level 10) are still safe.
- The "air item" weave now can create clubs.
- Idlers should log back on in the room they idled from. No longer should
idlers return to the center of the wheel.
- A lot of other background changes have been made to make the mud more stable.
2010 Jan 16 - Ganelon
- Defenders of the Stone clan is now ingame. Currently housed in the Tairen
Embassy in south Caemlyn.
2010 Jan 6 - Audrya
- Rumors and signet rings are now working correctly
- Boats should now work correctly. PC steered boat also work, however you need
the sailing skill which is not trainable anywhere. We haven't yet decide how
to add this to the game. IF you have a VALID RP reason to sail please contact
clan 103 and we will set it manually for the time being.

- I've done a massive overhaul of trainers and what you can practice where. There
are new general trainers in every major city/area now. Some are homeland only,
some totally open. See the forums for more info.

- idea/bug/typo filesize increased. Please continue to submit your ideas.
- The 'clean' weave will now also cleanse traces of blood from the room.
- The 'trace' weave will no longer pulse faster than once every 5 seconds.
Prior to this it could pulse as fast as once a second, depending on your
skill in the weave. Starts out at 20 seconds between pulses when you first
learn the weave.
- Fixed a typo where some character names were not capitalized when they used
say.
