Inside a Narrow Ravine
The path dead ends here, with no way to go except back to the west. There is a
small ravine from which springs a trickle of water, which seems to be fresh.
Vines and leaf details are carved into the stone to the east, a trefoil leaf
faintly visible under the dust near the middle. In spite of seeming sheltered
from the conditions outside, the stench of rot and decay seem to penetrate the
very walls of the ravine.

The Edge of a Circular Platform
A low wall, nearly two spans high and three long fills the center of the small
platform spreads like a crescent around. The lifeless dark seems to writhe up
from under the platform to encompass the pale cobblestones, leaving the only
visible path between the stone wall and another platform to the south. The
wall to the north seems to emanate darkness from its glossy depths, the same
ominous darkness that surrounds the rest of the ways.

A Curve in the Ascending Bridge
Darkness blankets the bridge on all sides, the stone's pale gray-pitted surface
emanating the shadows of the surrounding void. Lining the northern and western
sides, a chest high stone wall of wavy, curving lines and swirling designs
stretches forth from the ramp. The faint outline of a stone dais spreads
nearly four spans above the bridge. Flake by flake, the pale stone dais seems
to visibly decay, mortar rotting under the tainted shadow until sections of
stone fall to vanish into the gloomy depths. Any support for the dais is
either hidden by the shadowed void or perhaps, like the rest of the Ways,
disregards the Creator's rules, leaving possibilities too insane to comprehend.

At the Base of a Low Ramp
>From the ominous grasp of the writhing darkness stretches a wide stone paved
bridge that connects to the platform under a small arch. Two massive pillars,
each with layer after layer of silvery etched swirls, stretch from the platform
to nearly three spans above where they arc across the center of the bridge to
form a towering arch. Beginning at the base of the southern pillar, a jagged
edge of stones spans eastward in a rough circle where it is gradually swallowed
in darkness, leaving nothing but a void beyond the rail-less edge. A section
of the platform extends a short distance to the north, its cobbled path leading
into the clutches of the darkness that reveals naught within but the hint of a
wall emitting a dull sheen. Rising forth from the center of the dais spreads a
stone post covered from base to top with silver script severely pitted.

Along the Edge of the Platform
A jagged line of cobblestones rings the edge of the platform, small gaps mar
the once perfect edge where the mortar has worn away enough to allow the
cobblestones to fall away into the darkness below. From the eastern side of
the platform, a wide ramp of pale stones descends into the grasp of darkness.
The jagged edged boundary of the platform spreads to the north and west around
a raised dirt filled platform. Leafless and barren gray trees, branches
drooped and lifeless, grow above the thin blanket of scraggly, blackened grass
that fills the center of the raised platform. The leafless trees and grass
crumble at the slightest movement, ground to a dust that seems to fade before
it reaches the ground, leaving no trace of its ever having existed. A post
sticks out from the center of the walled garden to stretch from the barren soil
upwards to the shrouded heavens, heavily etched with fading silver script.

A Westward Bend in the Bridge
The cobbled path, stones pitted and slowly decaying under the taint of the
Ways, seems to have once been a junction of sorts. A wall-less section splits
the southeastern side of the bridge, leaving only a jagged edge emptying into a
dark void that slowly consumers the pale stone piece after pitted piece. The
wall along the eastern side of this span is etched heavily with pitted and
flaking silver inlays of swirling vines and enchased leaves. To the west, the
cobbled path slowly stretches upward to join with the northern side of a wide
shadow wreathed platform with a solid stone wall ringing its outer edge.

At the Pinnacle of an Ancient Ramp
Surrounded by darkness, so black that it seems to have never known the warm
caress of light, the cobblestone ramp levels off to meet a corner of a platform
nearly engulfed in the same void that surrounds the ramp. Cobblestones made
from smooth sided blocks of pale granite each emit a dull resonating thud when
struck by boot or hoof. Binding the stones together is a glassy-smooth,
colorless mortar that neither tools nor nonexistent weather can dent, yet time
grinds slowly away. Following the downward sloped ramp leads into naught but
the grasp of the almost living darkness.

Western Ledge of the Cobbled Platform
Where once a perfectly rounded edge lined the cobble-stoned platform, is now a
jagged border of slowly deteriorating stones. Pale stone, squared and kept
firmly in place by some glassy smooth mortar that seems as strong as the
ancients Heartstone in its resistance to both weather and man's tools. Only
time seems to affect the gloom shrouded stoned platform with a slightly raised
section in the center. A Blackened carpet of grass wrinkled, and lifeless
spreads beneath a row of blackened trees leafless and dead fill the stone lined
upraised section in the center of the platform. The darkness, its almost
living depths, hugs tightly to the platform as it curves its jagged course
northward where a low ramp stretches forth into the grasp of darkness to slowly
fade to a mere outline then to nothing. Stretching forth from the darkness
shrouding the center of the platform, a pale stoned post reaches towards the
voided heavens above every inch covered with faded silvery script.

Atop the Spiraling Ramp
The spiraling ramp leads downward, cobbled path and chest high fauna etched
walls of pale ivory stone. The bottom of a small cobbled platform appears to
the up and west, appearing as pitted and decaying below as the surface does.
The platform lacks any form of support, no pillars or cables, yet there is
naught to support those either. The very darkness, a writhing cloud of evil,
hangs over the Ways intent upon consuming that which it encases so thoroughly
with time irrelevance. Gloom shrouds the cobbled ramp as it descends toward
the faint outline of stone below as well as the dais at the summit of the ramp.

The ramp, nearly three spans wide, is missing nearly the entire northern wall.
Only a jagged gap remains where once a chest-high, ivory wall heavily carved
with flowing leaves and vines held the void at bay. The cobbled slope descends
downward where it connects with the eastern edge of a pale stoned dais while it
ascends westward curving around the base of an unsupported platform. The top
of a thick ivory archway gleams dully through the darkened shroud below.

Before the Dull Reflections
A thick wall nearly two spans wide, it's glassy surface dark with the
reflection of the shadows surrounding it, lies in the center of a small oval
platform stretching westward. The platform lacks any sort of barrier against
the encroaching darkness, leaving a rounded-edge saucer. A darkness thicker
then blackened honey, opposite the entranceway to the dais, spreads behind the
Waygate to the west. Eastward a wide pale white, cobbled platform stretches
like a disk of white in the midst of a vast sea of utter blackness.

Northern Edge of the Cobbled Dais
The wide platform stretches in a wall lined and cobblestone paved path to the
east while southward a jagged edge leads into the void of darkness.
Connecting under a thick pillared arch, a bridge meanders northwards into the
darkness, leaving merely an ivory white path through a midnight cloud.
Westward, a small space in the pitted white wall allows passage to a small
saucer shaped dais, which holds a dull reflective wall in its center. A thin
pole stretches like a spire towards the shrouded heavens above, covered from
base to summit with layer upon layer of flowing silver script.

A jagged and pitted wall forms a chest high barrier along the northern edge of
the cobbled platform, masterfully etched vines intertwining with leaves of
every known kind cover nearly every inch of exposed stone. Eastward a gap in
the wall allows access to a spiraling ramp that descends into cloying darkness.
Small paths lead to the west and south around a fallen section of the extensive
dais. Rising in the middle of the dais, a thin post of pale stone covered with
fading silver script flowing from base to summit. Upward, nearly hidden in the
darkness, spreads the outlined base of an elongated ivory stoned path.

Two pillars, the black stone nearly as dark as the shadows writhing around its
surface, stretch forth from the intersection of the ascending ramp and the
cobbled platform to the east. The ramp with its pale squared cobblestones
spread westward where the darkness engulfs it, like a mist of liquefied night,
until only a faint outline is left. A chest high stone wall of pale, ivory
white, stone lines the ramp on the northern and southern sides. The stones of
the pathway and the bordering walls are pitted and flaking as if the very stone
is rotting under the shadowy taint covering the eternal expanse of the Ways.
The dim outline of a wide circle of stone stretches unsupported nearly four
spans above the bridge as if no laws of the common world govern here.

A Turning in the Decaying Ramp
The decaying ramp turns sharply to connect along the northern side of the
cobbled platform. A wall lines the bridge to the west and north in a chest
high uneven row of almost pristine white stone. Gaps form in the wall where
mortar has decayed to a fine dust sending stones either to litter the ramp or
to plummet into the shroud attempting to envelope the ways. The cobbled bridge
leads a twisting path to the northeast, pockmarked walls of swirling designs
and leaves carved so masterfully, they seem to sway in an imaginary breeze.

Now i know u can track me in the ways so i wont be a dooin that again! hahahah!
