Is the Caravan from Cairhien's foregate going to be back in business any time soon? Last I heard, Shawnyve removed it due to weird timing.

I kind of would rather be able to use it with quirks, than not be able to use it at all.

I looked through Hengal's functions and.. I'm going to look wether the road is even close to being finished. If it is, you can expect the road to go in. If it isn't, I'll spend my freetime to try getting Hengal in. Either case, I'm looking into this.
