Since we've determined the source of the 'bug' (actually a faulty flag) that caused mobs to assist against mobs of the same 'type', I've begun fixing this up, starting with the Caemlyn gates. I'll be going over the remaining gates and the rest of the city over the next few days and this weekend.

Also take note that soon getting caught stealing from some particular mobs (or killing them) will automatically earn you a Warrant from the Queen's Guard that can only be removed by masters of the QG or an immortal.

Further, a reminder - some mobs are set to check for Dark EQ. Wearing such is a crime naming you as a Darkfriend. Reactions of said mobs will reflect this.
